We adapt the following approaches and methodologies to teach different subject matter at different learning levels.

General Instructions

  • Parents should ensure that their wards attend the school on time with proper turn out with school ID with prescribed uniform for the day, shoes, socks, Handkerchief, Groomed hair, clipped nails song book etc.
  • Having Tattoos or Mehendi is not permitted.
  • Girls with long hair should wear two plaits and tie them neatly with black clips / hair bands.
  • Students should wear loose fitting clothes to school
  • Boys should have neat and close cropped hair.
  • Coloring of hair, box Cutting Growing beard and stubble is not permitted.
  • During school hours parents are not allowed to send any items to be handed over to their wards.
  • Parents / visitors are not allowed to meet students during School hours.
  • Diary should be checked and signed daily by the parents. If the diary is not checked and signed by the parent for three consecutive days, the child will be sent home to get the same.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any costly items to school nor wear any jewellery.
  • The school will not take the responsibility of any lost items.
  • Usage of bicycle is permitted to Grade VI and above.
  • No student is permitted to drive/ride bike/scooter/car to school or to any school activity.
  • Students should not carry cell phones to school. Parents / Visitors are required to switch off their cell phones inside the school premises.
  • No student is permitted to have social networking accounts.
  • Uploading detrogatory messages, involving in anti social activities will be seriously dealt with which may lead up to rustication from school.
  • Parents are not allowed to witness Inter house competitions.
  • Students below Class V are permitted to use pencil, Grade VI – VIII are permitted to use gel pen, Grade IX & X are permitted to use fountain/ball pen only.
  • Students are not allowed to tear any page from the diary/ notebook/textbook.
  • Plastic items are not allowed inside the school campus. Thermocol usage is also prohibited in school.
  • Without Principal’s permission no student will leave the school premises during school hours. Written permission from parent or guardian is mandatory for seeking permission on emergency.
  • No student should cause any damage / spoil the school property or to others. Damage caused must be reported immediately to the class teacher or to the Vice-principal /Principal.
  • Students should converse in English. Defaulters will be seriously dealt with.
  • Periodic bag checking will be conducted. confiscated items will not be returned.
  • Usage of foul language is strictly prohibited. Students who are found guilty will be dealt with seriously
  • Bio data should be filled and sent with proper phone number.
  • Check the diary daily for various competitions, home work or any other information.
  • Acknowledge the circulars sent from the school without fail.
  • Please check your wards school bag daily and see that they pack their bags as per their time table.
  • Kindly send healthy lunch in unbreakable containers, water in metal bottles and a spoon along with the lunch towel.

Leave Rules

  • No student shall avail leave without prior permission.
  • In case of illness or any emergency the parent should submit application immediately.
  • Leave on medical grounds will be granted only if medical certificate is produced.
  • Students suffering from infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend school till the quarantine period as mentioned in pg.10 in diary.
  • Half day leave, request for late reporting and early pick up is not permitted.
  • Leave request should be made in the place provided in the student diary.
  • Attendance on the first and the last working day, for all the school functions and on all the national days is compulsory.
  • Vice principal may be contacted for any leave request.
